We are committed to providing our customers with a level of service that makes us a leader in the airline industry. We know that to do that, we need a product we are proud of and employees who enjoy coming to work every day.

Our goal is to make every flight a positive experience for our customers. Our United Customer Commitment explains our specific service commitments so we can maintain a high level of performance and improve wherever possible. The commitment explains our policies in a clear, consistent and understandable manner. We have detailed training programs and system improvements to help our employees meet these commitments, and we measure how well we meet them.

NOTIFY CUSTOMER OF KNOWN DELAY, CANCELLATION AND DIVERSIONS

We work hard to get you to your destination on time and as scheduled. Occasionally, weather, air traffic control, operational or service considerations may result in flight delays, cancellations or diversions. When this happens, we will provide you with the most current and accurate information available to us regarding the status of your flight. This includes providing information about a change in the status of a flight to, from, or within the United States, a delay of 30 minutes or more in the scheduled schedule of a flight, or a flight diversion. If the change occurs within one week before departure, we will provide the information within 30 minutes of becoming aware of the change. Provide information in the boarding gate area of a flight; on flight status display boards at the airport; via phone with the Efinair Myjets Customer Contact Centre; in flight status updates on united.com; and via text/SMS and email notifications to customers who provide this contact information directly to Efinair MyJets.

 

ALLOWED RESERVATION TO BE CANCELED AFTER A CERTAIN PERIOD OF PURCHASE

If you book and ticket a reservation through EfinairMyJets.com or Customer Contact Center  we will allow you to cancel the ticketed reservation without penalty and receive a 100 percent refund to the original form of payment , provided a week notice of cancelation has been served .

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE OF YOUR AIRCRAFT AT ONE TIME?

Yes, we’d be delighted to meet your immediate demand for more planes. We make every effort to make your private jet request accessible as soon as possible; but, like with all of our private jet requests, we recommend allowing at least 48 hours for call time.
